Refund policy

You can return any purchase within 30 days of receipt, except for HOME items. 

All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been altered and with the original tag still attached.

The security tag must stille be intact and attached to the returned item. The right to return or exchange will only be accepted if all the following TERMS AND CONDITION are respected. 

  • Items must be returned in the original box with all the original accessories, components and explicative materials. They must be properly packaged, in the same way as they were received. 
  • In the events that the costumer believes that he has received defective or incorrect items, he is required to immediately contact customerservice@rboutique.com .

REFUND REQUESTS

Once the item will be received processed by Replica Handbags , refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase.
